Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Training & Ongoing Support
You don’t need to know how to clean an air duct to open a Linden location. You need to know how to run a business, or be willing to learn. We bring two decades of trade expertise to the table and we teach it in plain language, the same way our technicians explain things to homeowners. Our training program walks you through the equipment, the service standards, the pricing model, and the day-to-day operations. By the time your first van rolls out, you’ll know exactly what your crew is doing in every home, why they’re doing it, and what it should cost. No prior experience in air duct cleaning is required. None.
Initial Training
Training begins the moment your franchise agreement is signed, and it covers the full operation from week one to launch. You’ll spend time learning the trade itself: how air moves through a home, what actually builds up inside ductwork, when cleaning is genuinely needed, and when it isn’t. That last part matters more than you’d think. A homeowner who trusts you is a homeowner who calls back. You’ll also learn the equipment we use, including Rotobrush and Nikro systems, and how to use them without damaging a home or wasting a homeowner’s time. Beyond the trade, we train you on the business: the software platform, scheduling, pricing structure, hiring, and the Threshold Verified standards that every technician follows. Marketing training is included too, so you understand how to generate and handle leads before you ever run your first appointment. You’ll leave training knowing how to price a job in writing, how to present it to a homeowner, and how to stand behind the work.
Launch Support
Opening the doors is where most new owners feel the pressure. We stay close through those first weeks. You’ll get hands-on help setting up your local marketing presence, from your Google Business Profile to your website and local listings. We help you build a lead engine that actually delivers calls, not just vanity metrics. When those first jobs come in, a coach works with you through the entire appointment flow: how to quote the job, how to introduce the technician, how to handle questions about pricing, and how to follow up after the work is done. If something goes sideways on a first job, you’re not troubleshooting alone. We walk you through it. The goal is simple: get you to a place where bookings come in, jobs get done, and homeowners are glad they let your crew through the door.
Ongoing Support
Support doesn’t end after launch. We’re here for the life of your location. Here’s what that looks like:
- Field coaching and operational reviews – regular check-ins on your numbers, your customer feedback, and your service quality, with practical fixes when something needs attention.
- Marketing support and brand campaigns – ongoing help with local campaigns, seasonal promotions, and national brand awareness that drives calls to your territory.
- Vendor relationships and equipment guidance – access to trusted equipment sources like Rotobrush and Nikro, plus air-quality products from Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman, with guidance on what to buy and when.
- Technology and software updates – the scheduling and customer management tools you’ll use are maintained for you, so you’re not rebuilding systems from scratch.
- Threshold Standard training refreshers – ongoing training for you and your technicians so background checks, ID verification, uniform standards, and written pricing stay consistent.
- Peer network access – you’re part of the Threshold Group family, and you can learn from other independent owners who are running the same playbook in their own markets.
