Whole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Available Franchise Territories
We’re opening protected territories in markets where homeowners are underserved by trustworthy air duct cleaning. When you claim a territory, you own the Linden name and the Threshold Standard in that market. No other Linden location will operate inside your boundaries. The first owner in a market gets to choose the territory’s shape before anyone else, which matters more than most people realize. Air duct cleaning is a referral business, and being first to establish the brand means the next five years of word-of-mouth belongs to you.
Open Markets
These states currently have open territory. Each one has a specific reason it works well for air duct cleaning, whether it’s the climate, the housing stock, or how often systems run:
- Texas – Long cooling seasons mean HVAC systems run hard for months. That’s dust, pollen, and construction debris moving through ducts year-round. Homeowners in DFW, Houston, and Austin know their systems need attention, but few companies show up with a written price and a verified technician.
- Florida – Humidity plus air conditioning equals a perfect environment for microbial growth inside ductwork. Florida homeowners run their systems nearly every day, and they’re desperate for a company that won’t use scare tactics about mold to inflate the invoice.
- California – Wildfire smoke season has made indoor air quality a top-three homeowner concern. The Central Valley and Inland Empire especially see repeated air quality events that drive demand for duct cleaning and filtration upgrades.
- Georgia – Atlanta’s pollen counts are famously brutal, and a huge share of the housing stock was built in the 1980s and 1990s, meaning duct systems are now 30 to 40 years old and full of accumulated debris.
- North Carolina – Rapid population growth in Charlotte and the Triangle means tens of thousands of new homes each year. New construction often leaves drywall dust and debris inside ducts before the first family moves in.
- Arizona – Dust is a fact of life in Phoenix and Tucson. Monsoon season pushes fine particulates into every home, and HVAC systems run nonstop from April through October. Duct cleaning here isn’t a luxury; it’s maintenance.
- Tennessee – Nashville’s building boom plus older housing stock in Memphis and Knoxville creates a steady mix of new-construction cleanouts and aging-system maintenance. Homeowners here respond to straight talk and written pricing.
- Ohio – Cold winters and hot summers mean systems cycle frequently, and older Midwest homes often have decades of dust, pet dander, and construction debris in the ductwork. Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland all have deep single-family housing markets.
- Pennsylvania – Philadelphia’s rowhomes and Pittsburgh’s older housing stock mean tight spaces, older systems, and homeowners who need a company that explains what they’re doing without jargon. The market is mature, but the trust gap is real.
- Colorado – High altitude means dry air and dust. Denver and Colorado Springs homeowners deal with fine particulate that settles in ductwork and recirculates constantly. New construction is booming, which means post-build cleanouts are a steady revenue stream.
- Washington – The Seattle metro’s mix of rain, mold concerns, and wildfire smoke seasons creates year-round demand. Homeowners west of the Cascades are educated about indoor air quality and willing to pay for verified, background-checked service.
- Virginia – Northern Virginia and Richmond have dense, affluent housing markets with older systems. High humidity in the summer means ductwork is a common source of homeowner complaints.
How Territories Work
When you claim a territory, Linden grants you exclusive rights to operate under the Linden Air Duct Cleaning name inside defined boundaries. We draw those boundaries with you, based on population, housing density, drive times, and where you can realistically deliver the Threshold Standard without cutting corners. Once your territory is set, no other Linden location will market or operate inside it. Period. That’s the core of the deal.
The exclusivity matters because air duct cleaning runs on trust and referrals. A homeowner who has one good experience tells neighbors, family, and coworkers. If another Linden location were allowed to compete for those same customers, the value of your reputation would dilute. We don’t allow that. Your referrals stay yours.
To reserve a territory, you start with a conversation. We talk through the open markets, what you’re looking for in terms of size and population, and whether the economics make sense for the kind of business you want to build. If the fit is right, we put the territory on hold while you complete the evaluation process. A territory is considered claimed when you sign the franchise agreement and complete initial training. No one else can take your market during that process, provided you’re moving forward in good faith.
Each Linden location is independently owned and operated. You’re building a local business that carries the Linden name and operates to the Threshold Standard. You’re not a branch office, and you’re not renting a corporate identity. You own the customer relationships in your territory.
